《Skrill圣诞返现》条款条约

1.       推广

Skrill有限公司及Skrill美国有限公司（以下简称“Skrill”）将在促销期间，从新注册Skrill账户并成功在网易充值中心充值的用户中随机抽取1000名，提供每人5美金（共5000美金）的返现奖励。

 

2.       推广期

·         推广期为伦敦时间2014年12月15日00：00至2015年1月4日23：59（以下简称“推广期”）

 

3.       活动规则及条件

参加推广活动的参与者必须：

·         在推广期内按照Skrill账户使用条款注册一个电子化货币账户（以下简称“Skrill账户”）

·         在推广期检查账户，确保账户可以进行充值

·         在推广期内至少使用Skrill账户成功进行网易充值一次；

·         不能将Skrill账户用于商业收款目的（“Skrill商户账户”）

·         不能是Skrill集团的员工或员工家属；

·         不得是与Skrill 有关系的此次推广活动的供应商，或服务供应商的真系亲属；

·         年满18岁；且

·         所居住的国家在Skrill服务可提供的国家范围内；

 

4.       抽奖

·         抽奖时间为2015年1月5日

·         参加活动的用户中满足第三部分的条件，将自动进入抽奖系统。

·         每位参与者只能申请一个名额。

·         获奖者将从符合要求的参与者中随机抽选。

 

5.       获奖者

·         主办方Skrill将会通过用户注册时提供的邮件和/电话通知获奖者。

·         获奖者同意其个人信息（姓，名及来自的国家；如John D.，德国）公布在不同的媒体中，包括但不限于，邮件，社交媒体和在线广播，在推广期内作公示获奖名单之用。

·         获奖者的Skrill电子钱包账户将在2015年1月5日至9日之间收到5美元奖金。

 

6.       隐私

·         参与者个人信息的处理受Skrill隐私政策的监管，您可以在Skrill网站中找到相关内容，如果参与者胜出，Skrill会按照推广条款条约要求，需要额外的信息进行确认。

 

7.       商户信息

·         参与此次推广活动的参与者将会收到关于此活动的时事新闻邮件，通知参与者此次活动的信息，推广详情，商户推广等。参与者接受此条款条约，表示其同意接收此种定期发送的时事新闻邮件。您接收到的任何时事新闻邮件内也提供了取消订阅的功能。

 

 

8.       推广活动的结束

·         Skrill保留权利，会酌情自行决定推广活动的结束或对推广活动进行更改，这些变动都将通过网站提供新的条款条约来通知已有参与者，或发送邮件至参与者注册的邮箱进行通知。

 

9.       其它

·         本推广活动由Skrill有限公司（简称Skrill）全权管理，不适用于居住在美国俄罗斯和新加坡的居民。

·         Skrill保留权利，酌情并根据合理决定，将忽略参与抽奖的合格交易中有滥用推广活动的。

·         Skrill保留权利，当参与者违反或试图违反本条款条约或Skrill账户使用条款，或试图绕开Skrill安全或操作程序。

·         所有Skrill做出的决定都将是最终的且有约束力，不会有更多的信息沟通。参与者同意参与此推广不会对Skrill提出任何法律诉讼。

·         Skrill不对以下事件负责：（1）任何错误或不准备的信息，由参与者造成的，不论是打印错误或是其它设备错误导致的，或在推广活动中使用到的任何程序造成的；（2）任何种类的技术错误，包括但不限于，故障，断电，或电话线路，网络硬件或软件的断联；（3）参加推广中未授权的人为干预；（4）推广活动中管理方面的，或参与推广活动的技术或人为错误；或（5）由参与者在推广活动中，或接收或使用或误使用任何奖品，直接或间接造成的人员或财产的损伤或伤害。

·         美国地区适用：所有与本次推广活动条款条约，或与本次推广活动相关的参与者及Skrill的权利与义务的解读，有效性，翻译，可执行性相关的事件或疑问，都应受美国联邦与纽约州法律的监管及解释，除此之外的任何法律的选择或法律规则冲突无效。

·         非美国地区适用：所有与本次推广活动条款条约，或与本次推广活动相关的参与者及Skrill的权利与义务的解读，有效性，翻译，可执行性相关的事件或疑问，都应受英格兰及威尔士法律的监管及解释，除此之外的任何法律的选择或法律规则冲突无效（无论是英格兰和威尔士或其它任何司法权），因为这可能导致除英格兰和威尔士之外的司法权力的产生。

Terms and Conditions Skrill Christmas Cashback

1.       The Promotion

Skrill Limited and Skrill USA, Inc. (“Skrill”) are giving away a total of Five Thousand($5,000) to One Thousand (1,000) randomly selected customers (i.e. randomly selected customers will recieve$5 each) who have registered for a Skrill account and transacted with NetEase during the Promotion Period (as defined in Section 2 below).

 

2.       Promotion Period

·         The full Promotion runs fromMonday 15^thDecember 00:00 GMT and ends on Sunday 4^th January 2015 23:59 GMT (the “Promotion Period”).

 

3.       Eligibility Criteria

In order to take part in the Promotion, you (the “Participant”) must:

·         register an electronic money account with Skrill as per the Skrill Account Terms of Use ("Skrill Account") during the Promotion Period;

·         verify his/her Skrill e-wallet in order to be able to fund it during the Promotion Period;

·         top uphis/herNetEase account using Skrill at least once during the Promotion Period;

·         not use the Skrill Account for commercial purposes (“Skrill Merchant Account”);

·         not be an employee or an immediate family member of Skrill Group employees

·         not be a service provider or direct family member of a service supplier to Skrill connected to the Promotion;

·         be at least 18 years of age; and

·         not reside or be located in any country Skrill are prohibited from offering Skrill services;

 

4.       Prize Draw

·         The Prize Draw will take place on Monday 5^th January 2015

·         Participants are automatically entered into the Prize Draw if they meet the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3

·         Only one entry into the Prize Draw will be given to each Participant

·         The winners will be randomly selected by an adjudicator, drawn from the pool of eligible entries

 

5.       Winners

·         The winners will be contacted directly by email and/or telephone through the contact details that are known to Skrill

·         The winners acknowledge and agree that their name and country may be published on different channels including, but limited to emails, social media and online broadcast for the purpose of announcing the results from the Promotion only

·         The winners Skrill wallets will be credited between Monday 5th January and Friday 9th January 2015

 

6.       Privacy

·         The processing of the Participant’s personal information is governed by Skrill’sPrivacy Policy, which can be found on Skrill’sWebsite. If Participants are winners, additional information may be required by Skrill to verify compliance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

 

7.       Merchant offers

·         By participating to this promotion Participants will receive e-mail newsletters related to this promotion that will inform Participants about events, promotion details, merchant promotions, etc. By accepting these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the Participants agree to receive such e-mail newsletters on a regular basis. Any e-mail newsletter you receive will also give Participants the option to unsubscribe from any future newsletter.

 

8.       Skrill’s RightEnd of Promotion

·         Skrill reserves the right to end the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion or to make changes to the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion by giving notice to existing Participants by posting new terms and conditions on the website or by sending an email to the email account registered with the Participant’s Skrill Account.

 

9.       Miscellaneous

·         The present Promotion is conducted by Skrill Limited and Skrill USA, Inc, and does not apply to residents of Russia or residents of Singapore.

·         Skrill reserves the right to disregard any Eligible Transactions for the raffles that Skrill in its sole but reasonable discretion deems an abuse of the Promotion, including but not limited to, transactions that have no commercial purpose, multiple transactions that are made to artificially increase the volume of Eligible Transactions, transactions that in Skrill’s sole discretion may violate Skrill’s Acceptable Use Policy (as described in Section 9 of the Skrill General Terms and Conditions) and applicable law, or transactions that are not for the personal benefit of the Skrill account holder.

·         Skrill reserves the right to remove Participants from the Promotion where Skrill has reason to believe that you have breached or tried to breach these Terms and Conditions, the Skrill Account Terms of Use, or attempted to circumvent Skrill security or operational procedures.

·         All decisions by Skrill are final and binding and no further correspondence will be entered into. Participants agree that no legal action may be brought against Skrill by any Participant in connection with this Promotion.

·         Skrill is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

·         For USA area:All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of thesepresent Promotion Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Skrill in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of the state of New York, and without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

·         For non-USA area: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of thesepresent Promotion Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Skrill in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of England and Wales or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than England and Wales
